Broadcast Videographer

Camera Operator - Production Operations Responsible for building, operating, and maintaining studio hard cameras on multi‑camera productions for news, sports, and entertainment shows.
Responsibilities Create smooth, fluid camera movements to enhance production value.
Pan, tilt, and truck camera through spaces; balance and troubleshoot equipment.
Operate zoom and focus of lens; maintain visual composition.
Follow rundown and take direction; work as a team player.
Operate safely to minimize injury and protect equipment.
Work in a 24/7 operation with on‑call availability; flexibly cover days, nights, overnights, weekends, holidays, and special circumstances.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in television production or equivalent experience.
3‑5 years of experience in a control‑room broadcast facility.
Proficiency with Vinten studio pedestals, studio‑config cameras, box lenses, and peripherals.
Physical ability to tote full‑size camera pedestals, lift equipment, and move quickly.
Comfortable working under pressure, breaking‑news situations, and extended on‑site coverage.
Creative input: assist Director/Producer with look, set design, and shot suggestions.
Bi‑lingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
