Our Architecture Practice : Architecture at RRM is the art of the possible and delivery of the exceptional with equal parts client service, design, and creative problem solving. Whether your project is residential, commercial, public safety, education or institutional, our designs are beautiful, authentic, and functional, which transform client dreams into spectacular places.
Directing project team members regarding project scheduling, budgeting, and work scope
Developing business and networking.
Managing and producing aspects of the project, including design, production, and quality control.
Leading assistance in the development and maintenance of the project budgets and schedules.
Nurturing and establishing strong relationships with all outside parties involved in a project as their primary project contact, ensuring client satisfaction.
Mentoring and directing project team members.
Leading the technical design aspects of the project.
Bachelor's degree in architecture.

• 15 years of architecture experience.
• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of practical experience in project management or working as a project architect.
• Experience in REVIT.
• Familiarity with California codes, facilitating projects through enforcement agencies, and contract administration.
• Some work experience in architecture, engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, or planning firm

The hiring range for this role is targeted at $106,660 - $143,374 per year, dependent on skills and experience.
