RN- Pay: $29.22–$39.45

Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN)
$24.33 - $32.00 per hour

10.00 per hour evening shift differential AND $20,000 Sign-On Bonus, offered for 2 pm-10 pm shift only

The Nurse is responsible for providing safe, high-quality nursing care to residents in a senior care setting in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and state and federal regulations. This role includes assessing resident conditions, administering medications and treatments, monitoring for changes in status, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, and supporting resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life. The Nurse also plays a key role in resident and family communication, documentation, supervision of nursing assistants, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.

Work 60+ hours per pay period (every 2 weeks) to unlock the complete package, or 40–59 hours for most perks (except medical).

Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing with a current license to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Ability to understand and carry out oral and written assignments using the English language.
Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with nursing assistants and nursing administration to ensure established standards of care are met.
