Part-Time Phlebotomist (Temporary)

Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives.Labcorp is seeking a Rover Phlebotomist (part-time) to join our team in Philadelphia, PA.Work Schedule: Varied hours Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:30pm and rotating Saturdays (20 hours guaranteed).Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.Provide superior customer service to all patients.Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.Travel to additional sites required.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GED or equivalent.Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.Preferred Qualifications:1 year or more of phlebotomy experience.Additional Job Standards:In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency.Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.Comfortable working under minimal supervision.Flexibility to work overtime as needed.At Labcorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. Phlebotomist's may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
