Sales Assistant

Experience: 1 - 2 years of administrative, in person customer service experience in a professional setting preferred.
Schedule: Part time, average of 30 hours / week with some weekend availability
As a Sales Assistant with Hayden Homes, you will support the sales team with key administrative tasks and creative marketing efforts.
Greet and assist all visitors to the model home, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere that reflects the Hayden Homes brand.
Support the sales team with day-to-day tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, generating reports, and preparing documents.
Track and log visitor activity, collecting guest information and feedback to support follow-up and sales insights.
Assist with marketing efforts, such as social media support, community events, flyer distribution, and signage placement.
Onsite during business hours - weekends required.
Excellent communication, relationship building, and adaptability.
Comfortable in CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce)
Proficient computer knowledge/skills (i.e., MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Google Suites, and Canva).
High school diploma is required; Reliable transportation is required to facilitate travel throughout your workday.
~ 12 years of experience in an administrative, customer-facing, or professional setting is a plus, not a requirement.
