The Pines Post Acute and Memory Care is a 50-bed Nursing Facility focusing on Short Term Rehabilitation and Memory Care nestled among 17 acres of beautiful country in Clintonville, WI. PM: 8 or 10 days per pay period 4 hr shift position: PRN

Evaluation of long term care and rehab residents

Applying treatments necessary to meet the needs of residents

Observing residents and appropriately documenting

Ability to care for residents in a manner that is: patient and respectful regardless of residents cooperation

MUST have an RN

Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures

Excellent knowledge of emergency care

In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) BS or other diploma from a nursing program

Our facility follows the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' COVID-19 vaccination requirement. The regulation requires all facility employees and contractors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or to be granted an exemption based on an approved request for a medical or religious exemption.
