Head of Marketing and Advertising

Safe-Strap Company is looking for an energetic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and help drive company growth. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for marketing strategy, content creation, social media, advertising, lead generation, and market development.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for marketing strategy, content creation, social media, advertising, lead generation, and market development.
Key Responsibilities You Will Have Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and plans aligned with company growth goals.
Manage budgets relating to advertising spend, boosting channels, campaign performance, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Create and oversee content including video, photography, graphic design, aligned with social media trends.
Manage social media strategy, content calendars, engagement, and audience growth.
Generate qualified leads through inbound marketing, advertising, market research, prospecting, and targeted outreach.
Research markets, industries, competitors, and prospective customers; develop actionable lead lists and contacts.
Build internal excitement around marketing by getting employees involved in content, campaigns, events, and company initiatives.
Track results and continuously improve campaigns based on leads, engagement, ROI, and other key metrics.
What We’re Looking For Documented marketing experience, preferably with experience leading marketing strategy or a marketing function.
Strong social media, digital marketing, and lead-generation experience.
Hands-on skills in video editing, photography, graphic design, and content creation.
Strong communication skills and a creative eye for compelling marketing.
Outgoing, enthusiastic, and comfortable getting people involved and excited.
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the ability to move from strategy to hands-on execution.
Organized, analytical, and focused on measurable results.
Experience with paid advertising, analytics, email marketing, websites, and/or CRM systems is a plus.
Benefits & Pay Information Base Salary: To be discussed and determined
Medical benefits : Eligible after 90 days (employee contribution required and amount based on elected plan).Dependents can be added but 100% employee paid.
401(k): Eligible January 1, 2025.
Start date: To be discussed and determined.
Paid time off allowance (PTO): 10 days as of January 1, 2027.
Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & day after, Christmas Day. Additional dates at management’s discretion.
Payroll: Bi-weekly via direct deposit.
Insurance: Several plans available for vision, dental, disability, and deductible reimbursements.Administered by payroll provider and enrollment is optional. Nominal cost associated with these plans, paid by the employee via payroll deduction.
