Nanny/Housekeeping

I work from home and will be present during the shift, but I need someone who can take the lead in caring for my girls so I can focus on work. Responsibilities include preparing simple breakfast and lunch, engaging the girls in age-appropriate activities, reading, playing, arts and crafts, outdoor play when appropriate, diaper changes for my youngest, and assisting with nap time.
I’m looking for someone patient, nurturing, reliable, and comfortable with active children. My oldest loves attention, creativity, singing, dancing, and staying busy. My youngest is more reserved at first but warms up with time and enjoys playing, singing, dancing, and naps. No driving, transportation, or major housekeeping is required, just cleaning up after activities and meals with the children.
