As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Henry Ford Health, you¿ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care under the guidance of registered nurses and providers. Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing School.
Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Successful completion of HFHS pharmacology exam for the LPN.
Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills.
Previous ambulatory nursing experience.

Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing School.
For the ambulatory setting, previous ambulatory nursing experience preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills.
Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Successful completion of HFHS pharmacology exam for the LPN.
LPNs that work in home care environments must have reliable daily transportation and will be required to maintain insurance, acceptable driving record according to HFHS Policy 4.09, and meet fingerprinting eligibility standards.
