Your Role: As a Lead Server, you will support dining room operations by providing excellent meal service, maintaining dining room readiness, and assisting with training and support of new servers. This role plays a key part in ensuring a welcoming, organized, and high-quality dining experience for residents and guests.

Position Highlights: Status: FULL TIME

What You’ll Do: Provide proper dining room setup, meal service, and dining room cleanliness

Take meal and beverage orders and serve meals in a friendly, timely manner

Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their dining experience

Maintain knowledge of daily specials and menu items and explain offerings to residents and guests

Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules

Support servers with day-to-day dining room operations

Assist with orientation and training of new servers

Practice all safety, sanitation, and loss prevention procedures

Set up and clean the dining room while maintaining hospitality and service standards

Maintain standards of appearance, cleanliness, personal sanitation, and hygiene

Assist with dining room flow, organization, and supply placement

Support special events and assist with tabletop inventory maintenance

Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Ability to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and team members

Strong customer service skills with a courteous and friendly demeanor

Ability to respond promptly to resident needs

Ability to handle multiple priorities and work flexible hours as needed

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
