CNC Programmers - Manufacturing

Setup and operate multiple CNC machine tools in a low volume, high mix, job shop environment. Take responsibility for all phases of the process from the first cut to the last completed piece. Execute work according to all safety regulations and maintain high-quality standards aligning with ISO/TS, IRIS, AAR & CMMI requirements.

Hourly range $22.00 - $26.00.

The actual hourly rate offered may be influenced by factors such as training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. Other benefits may include an annual bonus if eligible. Able to work 3rd Shift: 7:00 pm - 5:30 am.

Preferably an associate degree in Machine Tool Technology (MTT), High School Diploma, GED, and evidence of relevant/significant work experience.

Minimum of 5 years of CNC experience.

Able to interpret and edit CNC programming.

Knowledgeable in GD&T and understanding of identifiers (symbols), inspection methods, etc.

Basic rigging principles, crane operation, crane & hoist inspection, and safe practices.

Requires the ability to work without supervision.

Critically think and troubleshoot to quickly resolve problems and return machine tool to production.

Complete and sign off FAI (First Article Inspection).

Enter SPC (Statistical Process Control) data and adjust the process based on data analysis.

Perform TPM inspection on equipment as scheduled.
