The Associate Attorney position will gain extensive courtroom experience through regular appearances on behalf of the firm. This role is responsible for reviewing new claims and pleadings, managing a contested litigation queue, and supporting all aspects of the litigation process. Associates will develop comprehensive knowledge of court procedures, internal controls, and firm and client policies. Appear in court on behalf of the firm a minimum of three days per week.

Review new claims for compliance with firm and client standards.

Review and approve pleadings filed with the courts, including complaints and motions.

Occasionally draft motions and responses for contested matters as needed.

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Experience with Collection Master or equivalent case management systems preferred.
