Dispatcher (Automotive)/Customer Service

In this role, you will coordinate and schedule automotive service appointments, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer experience. Schedule and dispatch service technicians to meet customer service needs promptly and efficiently.

• Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and customers to ensure smooth operations within the service department.
• Manage service appointment bookings via phone, email, and in-person requests.
• Maintain accurate records of all service orders, technician assignments, and customer communications.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist in resolving customer inquiries or concerns.

Previous experience in dispatching, preferably in an automotive service environment.

• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Competitive salary ranging from $50,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
