Culinary Precision: Execute all cooking responsibilities for prep shifts with deep knowledge of recipes and prep methods, including meat/fish fabrication, sauces, baking, and vegetable preparation.
Maintain IGC’s high standards for quality, absolute freshness, cleanliness, and strict adherence to State and County food safety/Health Department standards.
Maintain honest, open communication with staff and leadership, assisting teammates whenever possible to ensure an effective, guest-focused club operation.
Dedicated prep experience within a high-volume, upscale casual, or premium BOH environment.
