Head of Management Finance

The Manager of Finance will provide end-to-end financial leadership for the FDC/BDC platform within the Supply Chain network, with a strong focus on 4-wall expense management, planning, and reporting. This role partners closely with operational and cross-functional leaders to translate business activities into financial insights, enabling data‑driven decision‑making and driving alignment between operations and financial performance.

This leader will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and pro‑forma analysis, while developing and executing cost‑control strategies to optimize profitability and achieve business goals. The role also identifies process improvement opportunities, leveraging data and metrics to enhance efficiency, manage performance, and support long‑term value creation.

In addition, the Manager will lead and coordinate financial activities across teams, ensuring operational processes are compliant with company policies and aligned with department objectives. Success in this role requires strong collaboration across Finance, Operations, Human Resources, Real Estate, and Information Systems to solve complex business challenges, drive key financial metrics, and support strategic initiatives across the Supply Chain network.

Strategic Analysis/Problem Solving: fully understand the business, identify and implement process and organizational improvements; Conduct financial planning for the function and make appropriate recommendations.

Lead, plan, and coordinate work teams efficiently to perform any financial function and activity; utilize metrics to track performance and manage workload; ensure operational processes and procedures comply with established policies.

Drive key functional financial metrics.

Project Management: develop and support a strategic alliance with business partners; facilitate cross‑functional communication with Finance, Human Resources, Real Estate, Operations, and Information Systems.

Direct Manager/Direct Reports

Typically reports to a Director level.

Travel Requirements

Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Typical knowledge, skills, and abilities through completion of a bachelor's degree in a field related to the job.
