Lead by example: launch new cases, introduce permanent caregivers to families, and model bestpractice care techniques.
Provide handson care: assist clients with personal hygiene, mobility, light exercise, meals, housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders.
Ensure quality & safety: complete homesafety assessments, conduct routine qualityassurance visits, and document planofcare updates for the Care Manager.
Train & onboard caregivers: deliver oneonone coaching, skills refreshers, and ongoing competency checks.
Serve on the oncall rotation: triage caregiver callouts, fill urgent shifts, and resolve client concerns after hours.
1+ year of professional caregiving, HHA, CNA, or homehealth experience (lead/supervisory duties a plus)

• First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain-paid by employer)
• Proven ability to coach peers and communicate effectively with clients, families, and clinical staff
• Techsavvy enough to document care notes in a mobile app or EMR
