1ST SHIFT PALLETIZER/FORKLIFT POSITION

Warehouse And Inventory SpecialistPerform various warehouse and inventory related tasks. Receive, process, store, move, and distribute items (products, materials, ingredients, equipment, supplies, etc.) within a warehouse or cooler/refrigerated environment. Unload and load trucks, truck trailers, cases, pallets, stacks, etc. Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas by hand, hand truck, or electric hand truck. Record received and shipped items. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Work within clearly defined processes and tasks.Pay: $21.50/ hourHours:First shift (4am – 12:30pm)Split shift (7:30 am – 4pm)Second shift (3pm – 11:30pm)Experience/ Certification/ Requirements:2 years of working in a warehouse environment1 year of working in extreme cold environment ( -20 degrees for up to 2 hours at a time preferred)2 years of order picking/packing2 years of loading and unloading trucks2 years of experience operating multiple types of forklifts (electric single and double pallet jacks, sit down forklift, stand-up forklift, and stand-up reach forklift1 year experience working with RF scan gunsAble to work in a fast paceLift up to 50 poundsPush hand carts up to 700 poundsBasic reading, writing, math (count, add and subtract)Able work overtime upon requestHigh school diploma or equivalent0 to 1 year of warehouse, distribution, production, or related experienceCertification and/or License – may require forklift, walk behind jack, or other related work certificationsAn Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans
