Automotive Detailer Swing Shift

Summary: Responsible for cleaning and refurbishing new and used cars. Waxes and buffs exterior of vehicles.

Vacuums and cleans vehicle upholstery.

Participates in required training

Complies with Company policies and procedures

Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.

Field of Study/Work Experience: o Accounting

o Automotive

Desired Work Experience: o up to 3 years

Ability to operate equipment to perform detailing functions.

Computer Skills: Basic Computer skills to utilize timekeeping system.

Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.

Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet (non-weather) and outdoor weather conditions. Duties are performed primarily in a designated detailing area of the dealership, but may extend to various areas throughout the facility, both indoors and outdoors. Work includes frequent movement in and out of cars, contact with vehicle cleaning and painting products, and limited interaction with customers.

Wages include Base Compensation of $17.00 - $22.00 per flat rate hour. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
