School Law Associate Attorney

Litigation Attorney — Parisi Law Firm, LLC (Jefferson, GA)

I've built this firm case by case. I'm not hiring someone to come figure out how to practice law for me. I'm hiring someone to step into a process that already works, to help improve that process, and eventually run it better than I do.

Mostly plaintiff-side personal injury litigation: car and truck wrecks, slip and falls, dog bites. You'll draft and answer discovery, take and defend depositions, argue motions, work up cases for mediation, and try cases with me.

There will also be business litigation and transactional work mixed in (contracts, liens, collections, small business disputes, etc.).

Two paralegals, a law clerk, a marketing director who keeps the phone ringing, and me. A purpose-driven advocate, not a mercenary.

A purpose-driven advocate understands that our clients are usually having the worst year of their life, that they're up against an insurance company with unlimited resources, and that our job is to stand between the two. You have to care about the hard-working people we represent.

Grades from a hard school, a business you built, a job you worked through law school, a thing you got good at because you refused to be bad at it.
