We’re looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team and help us continue delivering the level of care our patients and families deserve. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our clinical team, ensuring excellent service, collaboration, and patient outcomes in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. You will support providers (physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants) in provision of patient care; includes recording vital signs, discussing chief health concerns, performing testing, and administering injections; Delivers direct care to patients with maximum attention to the comfort and satisfaction needs of patients.

Delivers care reflecting knowledge of nursing skills and therapeutic nursing measures related to musculoskeletal function, respiratory and cardiovascular function, bowel and bladder function, nutritional maintenance, specimen testing, comfort, and safety measures.

Complaints to office manager/MD.

answers phone; performs other general office duties as required.

NYS LPN License required

Excellent customer service skills and must display integrity, friendliness and compassion

Must be able to establish an appropriate and effective rapport with patients, co‑workers and medical staff

Basic computer skills
