Job Title: Structural Welder (Flux Core MIG)
Shifts: 1st Shift (5:30 AM – 4:00 PM) | 2nd Shift (4:00 PM – 2:30 AM)
We are looking for an experienced Structural Welder to join our team. In this role, you will use Flux Core MIG (FCAW) welding to build steel components for bridge projects.
Perform flux core (FCAW) welding on structural steel
Set up materials and perform basic fabrication work
Operate cranes to move materials safely
Experience in structural welding (FCAW / MIG)
Experience with vertical welding (3G)
Able to pass welding tests (3G, 3F, 4F)
Experience in bridge or heavy steel fabrication
Experience operating overhead cranes
Work on important bridge and infrastructure projects
Opportunity to grow into a Lead Welder role
Hands-on work with different tools and equipment
Bonus potential based on performance
Active, hands-on fabrication shop
Work involves moving around and welding in different positions
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.
