Role Overview: The Machinist is responsible for setting up and operating a variety of machines to perform machining operations on both solid and porous metal materials to close tolerances. This role also includes fitting and assembling components as required to meet production and quality standards.

Machine high-purity porous metal products while meeting strict quality standards.

Meeting high-purity visual and cleanliness requirements.

Expected Performance Outcomes

Meet established production rates for cutting tubes.

Manufacture parts that comply with dimensional and visual quality specifications.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Technical school training or 1-2 years of manufacturing experience in machining.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to accurately read measuring equipment.

The starting compensation for this position is $24.50 per hour. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
