Human Resources Recruiter (Bilingual)

As we grow, we are seeking a driven and professional recruiter to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, onboarding, and retaining top tier skilled trades talent for our commercial construction clients.
The recruiter will be responsible for full cycle recruitment of field employees across all skilled construction trades. Develop and execute recruiting strategies tailored to current and forecasted project needs
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple channels (job boards, networking, referrals, etc)
Conduct multilingual interviews to assess technical knowledge, skills, work history and cultural fit
Coordinate with onboarding team to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
Ensure compliance in accordance with internal policies and industry standards and regulations
Provide ongoing support to field employees and contribute to employee retention initiatives
Maintain accurate records of candidate data, recruitment activity, and employee engagement
Complete daily system administration tasks for field employees such as dispatching, releasing, and related workflow management
2-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong computer skills and the knowledge of Microsoft office software
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
