Registered Nurse (RN) - Telehealth, Work from Home!

We’re hiring a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our PACE team! In this role, you’ll provide holistic, participant-centered care to older adults, helping them maintain independence and quality of life while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team. Required Education: BSN degree with an RN license and BLS Certification as well as Frist Aid

RN license

Preferred Experience: Minimum of 3 years of nursing management in a community home based setting preferred.
