Demonstrated proficiency in using both cold and warm calling techniques to source and recruit candidates.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
Strong analytical skills to track metrics and analyze data for strategic recruitment planning.
Professional and courteous communication skills, both over the phone and in person.

Required Experience
