ELECTRICIAN MAINTENANCE HOURLY

With over two decades of experience in the maintenance and construction industries, we are seeking to welcome an Electrician to join our dynamic team.
The Electrician is responsible for performing skilled electrical work in the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures in a commercial environment, in accordance with applicable codes and safety standards. This role requires a thorough understanding of electrical theory, blueprints, and wiring diagrams, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Compensation: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour (Based on Experience), medical, vision, dental, life insurance, 401k
Shift: 6:00am – 2:30 pm, 2:00pm - 10:30pm. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
Troubleshoot, repair, and install AC and DC circuits of varying voltages, including power distribution systems, fire detection and suppression systems, HVAC systems, variable frequency drives (VFDs), programmable logic controllers PLCs), motor controllers, lighting systems, and associated controls
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures
Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and manage work orders (WOs) for assigned areas using the facility's CMMS system
Inspect and test electrical components, including transformers, circuit breakers, and panels
Identify and resolve electrical issues using appropriate testing devices and diagnostic tools
Follow all safety standards and electrical codes (NEC)
Must have at least four (4) years of relevant work experience
Experience working in commercial or industrial facilities (airport or large-scale facilities a plus)
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and applicable codes and standards
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
