Job Title: General Production Worker - Manufacturing

This role involves hands-on production work in a manufacturing environment, focusing on manually repalletizing products, performing visual quality checks, and handling materials safely and efficiently. You will work as part of a team to ensure pallets are correctly stacked, products meet quality standards, and the production area remains organized and productive.

Repalletize products from pallets that come off the packing line in disordered or incorrect condition.

Remove products with damaged packaging and set them aside according to quality procedures.

Perform quick visual quality checks to identify products that do not meet quality standards and remove them from the line.

Previous experience working in a production-based, manufacturing or construction environment preferred

Comfort with performing visual quality checks to identify damaged or nonconforming products.

Ability to lift approximately 35 lbs independently and 70 lbs as part of a team lift repeatedly throughout the shift.

Comfort with standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods while repalletizing and handling materials.

Experience with machine operation in a manufacturing environment is a PLUS

Experience with forklift operation in a production or warehouse setting is a PLUS

Shifts: Monday - Thursday

Day shift - 5:45 a.m. Night shift from 5:45 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
