Weekend Overnight Counselor Full-Time

We are seeking driven, energetic Admissions Counselors with strong communication, recruiting, and customer service skills to join our team.

Admissions Counselors play a crucial role in helping prospective students discover their educational paths. This role requires creativity, excellent interpersonal communication, and public speaking ability, as well as proficiency in customer service, and using technology. Ideal candidates should have experience in retail management, Insurance, or recruitment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

This full-time position requires working some nights and Saturdays to accommodate prospective students' schedules.

A significant part of the day involves reaching out to inquiring students via phone, providing valuable information and personalized guidance to facilitate their enrollment. Comfort with making calls and building rapport is essential.

Guide students through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, maintaining regular communication and providing excellent customer service.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the student information system.

Adapt to fast-changing environments and be flexible with work schedules as needed.

Bachelor's degree (required).

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in recruiting and 3 years in customer service preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required).

Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.
