Registered Nurse (RN) - Weekend Night Shift

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Neuro

Shift options: can sign for 36 or 48 hours per week (e.g., 3x12, 4x12) Weekend requirement: every other weekend

Contract length: 13 weeks Guaranteed hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks

Minimum 2 years of experience Patient ratio experience: 1:4–5 (days/nights/weekends) Charge experience required ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required IV start competency required EPIC charting competency required Must pass Relias EKG exam (interpretation and management of dysrhythmias)

Provide direct patient care to adults with neurological and neuromuscular diagnoses. Monitor and manage patients' medical needs in a Med/Surg unit. Assist in procedures such as lumbar punctures and tracheostomy care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and families on disease management and care requirements.

Fit testing may be required (facial hair must allow proper fit test). Mandatory pre-start modules must be completed prior to start date. COVID-19 vaccine is not required; flu vaccine is required (medical/religious exemptions only).
