Claims Specialist - Global Claims and Incident Management
Step into a high‑impact role on our global Claims and Incident Management team. You will own the day‑to‑day investigation and management of Cyber, Technology Errors & Omissions, and Miscellaneous Professional Lines claims, acting as a critical defender of our bottom line and bridging incident response with our mission of true cyber resilience.
Take total ownership of a dedicated claims portfolio, efficiently conducting investigations and managing negotiations.
Apply expertise in insurance contracts to recommend accurate claim reserves.
Establish a continuous data/analytics feedback loop with Underwriting to refine risk selection approaches.
2-4 years of proven experience in claims handling, claims advocacy, or cyber insurance coverage.
Expertise in handling third‑party claims, particularly in Technology Errors & Omissions and Miscellaneous Professional Lines.
Established connections within the cyber broking community, incident response, or cybersecurity sectors.
