Physical Therapist – Full‑time

Stratford Manor Rehabilitation & Care Center, West Orange, NJ.

We are seeking a highly motivated Physical Therapist to join our in‑house team.

Shift / Hours

Full‑time

Work as part of the Therapy Team.

Measure and record resident function, gait, strength, ROM, balance, and mobility.

Observe residents and write evaluations, progress reports, discharges, and all necessary documentation.

Assist residents in carrying out specific exercises.

Treat residents with various techniques, such as soft‑tissue mobilization and exercise progression.

Help residents use necessary equipment and devices.

Educate residents on how to exercise properly to strengthen muscle and improve function.

Maintain residents' confidence by keeping information confidential.

Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.

A graduate of an accredited PT Program.

Current NJ State PT License.
