• *Collaborates with the nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members to place patient in appropriate level of care to achieve desired outcomes.

+ Triage patients via use of virtual phone and gather intake information from various providers. Reviews medical reports from referring hospitals or physician offices and relays information to nursing unit. Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing

Three years' critical care experience

Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
