Dining Room Hosts play an important part in delivering a safe and refreshing dining experience, ensuring every guest feels cared for while enjoying signature Chick-fil-A service.

Create and maintain eye contact

Make emotional connections with guests
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment
Proactively check in with guests and offer assistance (refills, tray removal, etc.)
Clear, sanitize, and reset tables efficiently
Sweep and mop floors to ensure cleanliness and safety
Monitor and clean restrooms regularly
Take out trash and maintain waste areas
Assist guests with their needs and create a positive dine‑in experience
