Salesperson Part Times Sales

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!

Starting out, you’ll enjoy the stability of a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan. Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs

Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team

Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer

High school diploma or equivalent is required

2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred

Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)

Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
