Valley View Health and Rehabilitation is a leading long-term care and rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. We help individuals recover, regain independence, and thrive in a supportive, patient-centered environment. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide skilled nursing care, oversee clinical operations during your shift, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, LPNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.

Your clinical expertise, leadership, and compassionate approach will help create an environment where residents feel safe, respected, and well cared for.

Assess residents and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions

Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate findings appropriately

Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff

Collaborate with rehabilitation, therapy, dietary, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident recovery goals

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations

Educate residents and families regarding care plans and health needs

Promote a safe environment while following infection prevention and safety protocols

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license

Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care

Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
