Warehouse Order Selector - Weekend Shift

Job Title: Selector / Order Picker

The Selector is responsible for accurately selecting, picking, and packing dairy products to fulfill customer orders. Pick and pack dairy products according to customer orders and production schedules.

Inspect products for quality and ensure orders meet customer specifications.

Apply customer labels and shipping information to products.

Build and palletize orders using manual equipment such as hand trucks and dollies.

Help maintain inventory accuracy and organized product flow.

Report quality concerns and damaged products to supervisors.

Follow all food safety, quality, and company procedures.

Support warehouse and production operations as needed.

Experience in warehouse, production, order picking, distribution, or material handling environments preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to lift, bend, walk, and stand throughout the shift.

Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newport News, VA.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
