Position Overview

We are seeking a warm, polished, and personable Greeter to create an exceptional first impression for guests visiting our luxury jewelry store in Chesterfield, Missouri.

As the first point of contact, the Greeter plays an important role in creating a welcoming, elevated, and organized guest experience. The ideal candidate is naturally friendly, attentive, professional, and comfortable engaging with a variety of guests while helping ensure each person is assisted in the order they arrive.

No jewelry sales experience is required. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people and understands the importance of hospitality and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet and acknowledge every guest as they enter the store.

Open the door for arriving and departing guests and create a welcoming first and last impression.

Keep track of the order in which guests arrive to help ensure they are assisted fairly and efficiently by a Luxury Jewelry Specialist.

Communicate with the sales team regarding waiting guests and help facilitate a smooth transition to the appropriate Jewelry Specialist.

Offer guests water or other available beverages while they wait.

Engage guests in friendly, professional conversation to help them feel comfortable and welcomed.

Provide guests with general information when appropriate while they wait for a Jewelry Specialist.

Remain attentive to the entrance and guest activity throughout the shift.

Maintain a polished, professional presence that reflects the standards of a luxury jewelry environment.

Assist with maintaining a welcoming and organized guest-facing area.

Provide exceptional hospitality during busy periods, special events, holidays, and high-traffic times.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, restaurants, hotels, concierge services, customer service, or other guest-facing environments is preferred but not required.

We are willing to train the right individual who brings a positive attitude, strong people skills, and a genuine desire to make every guest feel valued.
