As the Interim Emergency Services Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the emergency department‘s operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and staff performance. Leading and managing the emergency department team to deliver exceptional patient care

Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize department efficiency

Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

Providing mentorship and support to nursing staff

Active California RN license

Minimum of five years of ER experience
