Provides and promotes a proficient level of nursing practice to efficiently provide safe, effective, and holistic patient and family centered care for the patients and families with complex needs. Quickly recognizes variations from the anticipated course, thinks critically, modifies plans, makes appropriate decisions, recognizes salient patient care issues, and focuses on long term goals. The RN III Staffing Team is a member of the nurse resource pool and has a broader scope with the ability to work in multiple areas within the hospital.
