Fry Cook - Restaurant

We're looking for dependable, energetic, and hardworking Cooks who take pride in preparing great food, maintaining high standards, and contributing to a positive team environment.

As a Cook, you will play a critical role in delivering the Wingstop experience by preparing fresh, high-quality food, following food safety standards, and supporting a culture of hospitality that puts guests first.

Prepare and cook wings, fries, tenders, sandwiches, and other menu items according to Wingstop recipes and standards

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements

Monitor product quality, temperatures, hold times, and expiration dates to ensure food safety compliance

Operate fryers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Sauce, season, package, and present food accurately and consistently

Read and execute orders with speed and accuracy while maintaining quality standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area throughout each shift

Complete opening, shift, and closing cleaning procedures

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and fast service

Assist with food preparation, inventory organization, and product rotation using FIFO methods

Interact with guests in a friendly and respectful manner when needed, answering questions and helping ensure order accuracy

Strong commitment to food safety and cleanliness

Excellent communication and guest service skills

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required

Safe food handling and consistent execution of Wingstop standards

Commitment to delivering great food and an exceptional guest experience every shift
