Housekeeping Houseperson (Flexible Shift)

We're looking for detail-driven, energetic, and service-focused Housekeepers who take pride in creating a spotless, welcoming environment that helps guests relax and feel at home.

What You'll Do:

Clean and service guest rooms daily according to brand and company standards.
Maintain clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces.
Restock carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
Replace bed linens and towels and replenish guest room amenities.
Remove trash and used linens from guest rooms and deliver them to collection areas.
Follow safety, security, and sanitation procedures at all times.
Assist guests professionally and warmly when encountered in hallways or rooms.
Participate in deep-cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks when scheduled, which may include:
Cleaning AC filters and coils
Touch-up painting
Furniture care or organization
Rehanging sliding doors or fixtures as needed

Support teammates and assist in other hotel areas when needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe housekeeping work area.

Requirements
What You'll Bring
High School diploma or equivalent preferred; hotel or related experience a plus.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently
Ability to handle physical tasks and a fast-paced environment.
Ability to remain positive and effective in high-pressure or busy moments.
Physical & Scheduling Requirements
Ability to stand for long periods and move frequently throughout the shift.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs on a regular basis.
Flexible scheduling - may include weekends, holidays, and varying shift times.
