Experience: Minimum 3 years of OR experience in neuro, ortho spine, and craniotomy
Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do
Provide skilled nursing care in the operating room during scheduled procedures
Assist in maintaining a sterile environment and preparing ORs for surgeries
Monitor patient status and vital signs throughout procedures
Collaborate with surgical teams including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and techs
Follow all safety protocols and ensure patient comfort and safety
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
Support emergency response procedures when necessary
What You Need
Required:
Valid RN license in Louisiana
Minimum 3 years of OR experience in neuro, ortho spine, and craniotomy
Experience in neuro surgery and call experience
Strong understanding of sterile technique and surgical procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
Additional experience in general, ENT, and robotics surgeries
Flexibility to adapt to emergency team assignments
