We're looking for a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support our Pittsburgh office in a dynamic role that blends administrative coordination and clinical support.As a Certified Medical Assistant, you'll play a vital role in both Patient Care Coordination and Human Resources operations. From staffing and documentation to basic clinical tasks like PPD placement, your contributions will directly support our care teams and clients.What We're Looking For:Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – RequiredHigh School Diploma – RequiredAssociate's Degree – Preferred2+ years experience in a Medical Assistant or administrative roleHR experience – PreferredHome care or healthcare experience – PreferredPPD placement experience – RequiredProficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systemsStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionKey Responsibilities:Professionally answer and direct phone callsAssist HR and Patient Care teams with administrative dutiesProcess timesheets, scan/upload documentsManage outgoing/incoming mail and faxesAdminister TB skin tests and maintain recordsSupport follow-ups for positive PPD resultsProvide general clerical assistance as neededWe're more than a healthcare provider—we're a community that cares.
