We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Senior Civil Estimator for one of our clients in Denver. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation, project planning, project bidding, and using estimating software.

Utilize estimating software (InEight, Bid2Win, or similar) to develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.

Review plans, specifications, and project documents to identify critical details, risks, and opportunities that affect pricing.

Participate in project bidding, including preparation of bid documents and submission of bids.

Provide support to project managers and teams during project execution, including change order pricing and claims resolution.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Experience with estimating software (InEight, Bid2Win, or similar) is preferred.

Experience in project bidding and cost estimation.

Proficiency in reviewing plans, specifications, and project documents to identify critical details and risks.

Familiarity with construction of roads or highways is an advantage.
