Learning Path ABA Services LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team. We are looking for a BCBA who values quality clinical care, collaboration with technicians and families, and creating a positive environment for both clients and staff.
Provide ongoing supervision and clinical support to Behavior Technicians and RBTs
Review client data and make data-driven treatment decisions
Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families
Provide modeling, feedback, and competency-based training to technicians
Support a positive, professional, and respectful clinic culture
Follow BACB ethical requirements, payer requirements, HIPAA, and company policies
Current BCBA certification in good standing
Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
Strong understanding of ABA principles, functional assessment, skill acquisition, and behavior reduction
Ability to provide constructive and supportive technician supervision
Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and individualized ABA services
Administrative and scheduling support
