Better Buzz Coffee is seeking Baristas to help us in our BRAND NEW LOCATION which we expect will open July of 2026:

You can work at least 22 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.

Once hired, we will train you in another Better Buzz Coffee location nearby that is already open.

• 35% discount on retail, food & drinks when off shift
• Dedicated training with a certified Training Ambassador
• Base pay is $17 per hour. In addition to base pay, our team members also receive tips averaging approximately $4.00 per hour. Although tips can vary and are not guaranteed, our amazing customers regularly reward our team with generous gratuities for the great service and Buzz Life energy we bring every day. Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks

Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards

Work all café positions - our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable - including working in our kitchens to make food to order

1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred

• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays
