Director of Human ResourcesJoin The Clinton Presbyterian Community as the Director of Human Resources, a key operational leader responsible for the full execution of HR services across the community. This role is highly hands-on, requiring active involvement in daily HR functions, direct employee support, and close partnership with leadership to ensure a strong, compliant, and engaged workforce.We are seeking an experienced HR professional who is approachable, proactive, and willing to roll up their sleeves to support employees and managers at all levels.Lead and execute all day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and offboardingManage full-cycle recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and workforce planning to meet staffing needsProvide direct, hands-on employee relations support, including coaching managers, conducting investigations, and resolving concerns promptlyEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, maintaining accurate documentation and HR practicesOversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compensation practicesSupport and administer performance management processes, including coaching and corrective action when neededMaintain HR systems, employee records, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliancePartner closely with department leaders on staffing, engagement, and retention strategiesLead onboarding and orientation to ensure a strong employee experience from day onePlan and support employee engagement activities that strengthen morale and teamworkSkills and Qualifications:Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Bachelor's preferredMinimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience; preferably in healthcare, senior living, or a similar environmentProven ability to manage both strategic priorities and hands-on HR executionStrong employee relations background with experience handling sensitive issues and conflict resolutionWorking knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to build trust and maintain confidentialityComfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment with shifting prioritiesProfessional, approachable, and service-oriented mindsetTotal Rewards Opportunities:Competitive salary and comprehensive insurance benefitsGenerous paid time offRetirement savings plan with employer matchProfessional growth and development opportunitiesA mission-driven environment where your work directly impacts employees and residentsAt PCSC, we live our values of Service, Excellence, Relationships, Teamwork, and Stewardship every day.
