Job Description

Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and develop individualized therapy approaches that assist them in achieving their functional objectives.
Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply research-supported methods to assist patients in enhancing their motor abilities, cognitive function, and daily living skills.
Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work closely with occupational and physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Educate Patients and Families: Train patients and their support systems on therapeutic strategies to ensure ongoing development at home.
Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on their recovery journey.
Education
Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
Continuing education or postgraduate certifications encouraged and supported.
Certifications
Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory.
