ER Clinical Lead - Swing Shift with an $8,000 sign-on bonus. Compensation: $39–$54 per hour, depending on experience. Manage a team of RVTs and Veterinary Assistants

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ER/CCU department, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality care

Implement and maintain protocols and procedures to uphold clinical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements

Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development

Demonstrate solid veterinary clinical skills and be a role model for the team

Facilitate direct or indirect training for department staff

Manage department payroll and staffing costs, including review and approval of timecards

Deliver results in areas of staff development, best practices (SOPs), training, client satisfaction, and safety

We are looking for someone who brings leadership through organization, motivation, coaching, and clear, respectful communication. 3+ years of clinical experience in an ER/CCU setting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent positive and productive communication skills, both verbally and in writing
