Company Overview Diamond Environmental Services provides essential sanitation services to critical infrastructure work for construction, energy, waste, and healthcare industries and government sites. With over 20 years of experience, we are one of Southern California’s premier portable sanitation companies serving San Diego, Riverside, Orange, San Bernardino, and Los Angeles counties.
Summary We seek an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead daily transportation operations. Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong leadership, DOT/CHP knowledge, and a commitment to safety and service excellence.
Responsibilities Support and implement policies focused on quality, cost reduction, safety, on‑time delivery, customer satisfaction, employee relations, and site performance.
Conduct driver‑safety training and ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
Guide drivers through physicals, drug/alcohol testing, and DMV knowledge/skills testing.
Uphold and protect the company’s brand and public image.
Minimize internal and external customer complaints.
Ensure compliance with cost control, waste reduction, safety, and timely delivery goals.
Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
2+ years of supervisory/management experience
Experience conducting driver‑safety training
Skilled in customer service and complaint resolution
Preferred Skills Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities
